All forms and documents should be sent from your Hamline email account to registrar@315gdc.com. Here are specific instructions:

  • To fill out an electronic form, make a copy of the Google Doc. Once you have made a copy, you can add your information.
  • Email approvals can be used in place of signatures on documents. If you submit anything requiring approval, please forward the email approvals with your document.
